At Raas the Creation, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Inspection Check

  Ensure that the garments are in their original condition, unwashed, and with all Raas the Creation designer tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in the original shipping box and affix the pre-paid return label provided via our portal to your package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
